Configuring an Export Load File

Configure your export load file by choosing available metadata fields from Relativity and modify or reorder the field list as needed.

Select individual metadata fields
Check each field to include in your load file and move them to the EXPORT FIELD LIST. Each added field is automatically placed at bottom of the list when moved over. See Reorder Fields section.
Good to know: Commonly-used fields are automatically included at the top of the Export Field List.
Select standard metadata fields
Check Select all Standard Fields to batch add a list of common metadata fields to include in your load file.
Use the arrow buttons to add/remove additional fields.
Reorder fields
Reorder your selected fields by dragging and dropping the field to its correct position within the EXPORT FIELD LIST
Customize header names
Hover over a header in the EXPORT FIELD LIST and click on the edit icon to change the name
To revert to the original header name, click on the reset icon
Review export settings
Click NEXT to review your configuration settings. You will be able to go BACK to make additional changes before committing to them
Click SAVE or proceed to run your EXPORT PRODUCTION
