Populated when HTML transcripts are generated by ChatSmart as a delta or updated chat transcript to previously generated chat transcript. This field will be populated with the original REVIEWIDs of all documents affected by newly processed chat data, regardless of deduplication.

This field is not populated when ChatSmart output format is RSMF.

ChatSmartDocID Fixed-Length Text No Unique ID for RSMF files created with ChatSmart to be used for overlays. This is only populated when ChatSmart output format is RSMF.
ChatSmartGenerationRequest Single Choice No

ChatSmart Identifier assigned to the request used to generate the chat transcript and families. Used for internal auditing purposes.

This is only populated when chat transcripts, either in HTML or RSMF output, are generated by ChatSmart.

ChatSmartTranscriptStrategy Single Choice No

ChatSmart strategy used to generate a chat transcript. Per Chat is the Lighthouse standard.

This field is not populated when ChatSmart output format is RSMF.

ChatTranscriptAttachmentCount Whole Number No

Count of all the chat attachment files referenced by a message within the chat transcript. All successfully processed and missing attachment exceptions will be referenced. Extracted grandchildren will not be included in the count. See the AttachCount field for full family count post Nuix processing.

This field is not populated when ChatSmart output format is RSMF. Use the AttachCount field for attachment information of RSMF files.

ChatTranscriptConversationCount Whole Number No The number of conversations included in a RSMF record.

For RSMF files, the display information for participants if it exists.

ChatTranscriptParticipantsAllInfo Long Text No All entities listed as present in the specific RSMF time period portion of the conversation. The values in this field are a concatenation of all available entity information in the RSMF file (display, email, account_id).
ChatTranscriptReactors Long Text No The display name for all entities that reacted to an event in the specific RSMF time period portion of the conversation.

This is only populated for ChatSmart HTML output.

ChatTranscriptRoomName Long Text No

For ChatSmart processed data, this reflects the chat room name value parsed from chat source file or constructed by ChatSmart when a chat room name is not assigned by the end user. Private conversation between users are presented as ""User A/User B/User C chatroom"".

For RSMFs created by other applications, this represents the Conversation display name seen in the viewer.

ChatTranscriptSenders Long Text No

For ChatSmart HTML output, all the identifiers (nicknames) and names of the participants who sent at least one message in the transcript.

For RSMF files, the display information for entities that sent a message, if it exists.

ChatTranscriptSendersAllInfo Long Text No All entities that have sent a message within the time period of the conversation included in the RSMF. The values in this field are a concatenation of all available entity information in the RSMF file for those that sent a message (display, email, account_id). Does not include entities associated with a join event, leave event, or reaction - only those associated with a message in the RSMF.
