Mass Native Download

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Use the Spectra Toolbox to perform a mass download of native files from within the Relativity interface.

Good to know

Please contact the Spectra Solutions team if you would like to have the Spectra Toolbox deployed to a workspace that was created before November 17, 2020.

Mass Download for Native Documents

  1. From the Relativity document list, select the documents you'd like to download
  2. Select the Download Native Files option from the Spectra Toolbox

  3. Review the information in the dialog

  4. Select the Native File Name format

    Document ID
    (Default)     		The unique document identifier in Relativity. Typically the ReviewID. Go to step 5

    Beginning Production Number
    (Requires a Production Set in the workspace)     		You have the option to change the priority order of your production sets.
    To select this option, check  Modify Production Set Order (see below)

    Otherwise, Go to step 5
    Modify Production Set Order Click NEXT to set the priority order of your production sets using drag and drop

  5. Click DOWNLOAD NATIVES and stay on the page with the dialog open while the system is preparing your download.
    You can stop your request at this time by clicking CANCEL DOWNLOAD.


  6. Your ZIP file will automatically download once Native file preparation is complete. Click OK to close the dialog box.

Native File threshold limits

The Mass Download feature allows you to select up to 100 Native files or up to a 200 MB file size. 
If your selection exceeds one of these thresholds, go back and select fewer documents to try again.

No Natives Selected

If there are no Natives available from the documents you selected, go back and select at least one document containing a Native and try again.

Workspace Permissions

If you do not have permission to access one or more of your selected documents, you will not be able to proceed with the download.
Contact the workspace administrator for assistance.

Natives missing from Download

If one or more Natives fails to download, review your ZIP file to see what is missing.

Download not successful

If an issue occurs and the ZIP file cannot be generated, please try again or contact your workspace administrator for assistance.
