Volume Settings

VOLUME NAME | Enter a unique VOLUME NAME of up to 10 alphanumeric characters (including spaces and hyphens) and without any special characters. The volume name will be prepended to the ReviewID with a hyphen in Relativity.

DEDUPLICATION SCOPE | By default, the deduplication scope reflects what was selected for the matter. You can choose to use a different deduplication scope for the volume.
If you change the deduplication scope, check the warning box to confirm your custom choice.

ISOLATE VOLUME | Turn on Isolate Volume if you want to limit the deduplication scope to this volume only. This prevents deduplication against previous and subsequent volumes. By default, this setting is turned OFF.
Warning!Isolated Volumes will not deduplicate previous or subsequent data. The deduplication scope (regardless of whether it is set at the matter or volume level) will be limited to this volume if Isolate Volume is set to ON. See all |
REMOVE SYSTEM FILES | Turn on Remove System Files if you want to remove additional system files that are not included in the DeNIST list of files. By default, this setting is turned OFF. Note that, unlike the DeNIST option, Remove System Files can be changed per volume.

BRAINSPACE ANALYTICS SUITE (Relativity Server Only) | By default, this option will reflect what was set when the matter was created. See Destination Settings. If Brainspace Analytics Suite is not turned on for the matter, you can enable it here (if enabled at the Client level and the matter was created after the April 6, 2020 release). Click Continue to confirm enabling Brainspace Analytics Suite for the matter.

Review settings and imported files (Step 2)
Check your volume settings. Custom settings are marked with an asterisk.
Remove imported files from volume
To remove any imports, hover over the row and click ' X'
This will only remove the imported file from being part of the volume. It will remain in your Imports list.
Click BACK to make changes or PROCESS VOLUME to proceed with processing your data.
