Custom Imaging Settings

NOTE: This process is exclusive to document imaging using Relativity Server.

When configuring imaging automation in Spectra, you have the option to modify the following default imaging settings to fit the requirements of your Matter.
Word Document
| COLOR DEPTH |
Black and White - (Default selection) Images all Word documents in black and white. |

Color - Images all Word documents in color. |
| SHOW HIDDEN TEXT |
Yes - (Default selection) This option images hidden text within all Word documents. |
|
No - Does not image any hidden text in any Word document. |
| REVISIONS |
Detailed Revisions - This shows all track changes in imaged Word documents. |
|
Final Copy - (Default option) This option images all Word documents post track changes. |
| DATE FIELD HANDLING |
Remove - This images all Word documents without a date stamp on each page. |
|
Free text - This allows you to define the text you want to display for the date stamp for all Word documents. |
Excel Document
| COLOR DEPTH |
Black and White - (Default selection) Images all Excel documents in black and white. |

Color - Images all Excel documents in color. |
| SHOW EXCEL COMMENTS |
Yes - (Default option) Images comments in all Excel documents. |
|
No - Does not image comments in all Excel documents. |
| DATE FIELD HANDLING |
Include - (Default option) This images all Excel documents with a date stamp on each page. |

Remove - This images all Excel documents without a date stamp on each page. |
|
Free text - This allows you to define the text you want to display for the date stamp for all Excel documents. |
PowerPoint Document
| COLOR DEPTH |
Black and White - (Default selection) Images all PowerPoint documents in black and white. |

Color - Images all PowerPoint documents in color. |
| PRINT HIDDEN SLIDES |
Yes, at end of sheet - Images hidden slides at the end of the PowerPoint document image sheet. |

No - (Default option) Does not image hidden slides for any PowerPoint document. |
| PRINT COMMENTS |
Yes - Images PowerPoint document comments. |

No - (Default option) Does not image PowerPoint comments. |
| INCLUDE NOTES |
Yes - (Default option) Images PowerPoint notes. |

No - Does not image PowerPoint notes. |
| ORIENTATION |
Portrait - (Default option) Images all PowerPoint documents in portrait mode. |
|
Landscape - Images all PowerPoint documents in landscape mode. |
Other Documents
| COLOR DEPTH - PDF |
Black and White - (Default option) Images all PDF documents in black and white. |
|
Color - Images all PDF documents in color. |
| COLOR DEPTH - IMAGE (jpg, png, gif, tiff, etc.) |
Black and White - Images all image documents in black and white. |

Color - (Default option) Images all image documents in color. |
