Resend a User Invite

IN THIS ARTICLE:
Send a new account activation email to a user who has not activated their account.

WHO CAN PERFORM:
Client Admin
Discovery Manager

  1. From the Users page, hover over the pending user in the table and click RESEND

The user will receive a new welcome email from Spectra with a link to activate their account. If the user does not receive an email, see FAQs and Troubleshooting.
