I did not receive my user validation email
Check your Junk folder. This email comes directly from Spectra <donotreply@lighthouseglobal.com>.
Mark this sender as 'Not Junk' in order to receive future emails from the application.
How do I reset my password?
- Go to the login page and click Don’t remember your password?
US login
UK login
- Enter your email and click SEND EMAIL
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
How do I submit a support request?
