US Users

To bookmark the login page, use the exact link above. Bookmarking after you are logged in will include temporary characters which will prevent future login attempts.


I did not receive my user validation email

Check your Junk folder. This email comes directly from Spectra <donotreply@lighthouseglobal.com>.
Mark this sender as 'Not Junk' in order to receive future emails from the application.

 


How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the login page and click Don’t remember your password?
    US login
    UK login

  2. Enter your email and click SEND EMAIL

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.


How do I submit a support request?
