Create a New User

IN THIS ARTICLE:

Create new users and define their level of access in your Spectra environment.

WHO CAN PERFORM:

Client Admin Can create a User with any role
Discovery Manager Can create a User with Attorney, Reviewer, or Contractor role
  1. From the Users page, click NEW USER

  2. Enter the user’s information, select their ROLE, select a BILLABLE MATTER, and click CREATE

    Good to know

    By default, a user is assigned to a "General" billable matter if no other matter is selected. See also Designate a Billable Matter.

The user will receive a welcome email with instructions for activating the account.
