Processing Reports

Download reports when Spectra has finished processing data and promoted a volume.

Job Report
For an individual volume, download the Job Report to see information about processing and data promotion.
Go to the Matter Details page > Processing
Hover over a volume and click MORE to open the matter detail panel
Click JOB REPORT to download the Excel file
Spectra Field List
To see how data fields are mapped from Spectra to Relativity, see the Spectra Field List.
Files Processed Report
To download a cumulative report for all the processed files in your matter, download the Files Processed Report. This Excel file will list processed files, their custodians, the volumes they were processed in, and the date they were processed.
On the Matter Details page, select Files Processed Report from the Reports menu.
Master Report
To download a cumulative report for all volumes processed for a matter, download the Master Report.
